DivaLab® Fish Collagen is a high-quality dietary supplement powder designed for people who want to supplement their diet with bioactive collagen tripeptides with an ultra-low molecular weight of 500 Daltons and natural vitamin C, which helps in the proper production of collagen, in order to ensure the proper functioning of bones, cartilage and skin[1].

The formula has been additionally enriched with shark chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, tetrahydrocurminoids being a reduced and active form of curcumin (the main curcuminoid present in turmeric), MSM (organic sulfur) and molybdenum, manganese and zinc. Manganese contributes to the proper formation of connective tissues[2], and together with zinc helps maintain healthy bones.

Enzymatically isolated, pure collagen tripeptides 500 Da, which are the main component of the preparation, are available only in DivaLab® products. These products can be purchased only through the official sales channels of the brand and from authorized distributors of in Poland and abroad.

Not all collagen works the same. Its form and molecular weight are key. DivaLab® collagen contains only pure enzymatically isolated tripeptides with an ultra-low molecular weight of 500 Da. These molecules consist mainly of three amino acids – glycine, proline and hydroxyproline with an extremely low molecular weight. The tripeptide form is described in the scientific literature m.in. in the context of bioavailability. Thanks to their structure, tripeptides are considered an advanced form of collagen, used in new generation preparations.

Why is collagen 500 Da best absorbed?

Based on a graph illustrating the effect of different molecular weights of collagen peptides on the differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells in animal models [3], it can be observed that collagen weighing about 500 Da reaches the highest level of absorption. At the same time, with molecular weights below 500 Da, free amino acids already dominate, which leads to a sharp decrease in their bioactivity.

Usage: A portion of 6000 mg (1 scoop) dissolved in 100 ml of water. Mix thoroughly and drink. The liquid should be consumed immediately after preparation. A measuring cup with which you can measure a portion of the preparation is inside the package.
