What is NatAxtin™?
NatAxtin™ is a natural oleoresin, containing 10% astaxanthin, resulting from intensive research and investment in the construction and development of algae farms located in the South American Atacama Desert, where Haematococcus pluvialis algae are grown,which is a source of natural astaxanthin.The result is proprietary technology for cultivation in closed and open photobioreactors, based on a high level of purity and asepsis. The location of farms, away from agricultural and populated areas, guarantees safe cultivation of algae, free of any pollution.
What does the cultivation of Haematococcus pluvialis look like?
For the preparation of the growing medium, crystal clear water from the Andes mountain range is used, subjected to a careful sterilization process, and non-genetically modified microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis are inoculated on sterile culture medium, in closed photobioreactors,where algae are grown in the first stage of growth.Thanks to such precautions in the first phase of algae development, the risk of contamination of cultivation with microorganisms is reduced to a minimum, while guaranteeing the highest quality final product - NatAxtin™ astaxanthin.
The last stage of cultivation takes place in open ponds, where Haematococcus pluvialis algae grow in a way that reflects their natural environment.
What is the extraction of NatAxtin™ astaxanthin?
The collected microalgae are ground and vacuum dried at low temperature,maintaining the original properties.This leads to a powder with very high bioavailability.The resulting powder is subjected to supercritical CO2 extraction, resulting in an ultra-pure NatAxtin™ oleoresin containing 10% astaxanthin, free from residues of harmful solvents.The process is carried out in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard.
Recommended daily intake:
1 capsule during a meal.
