Ingredients: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) [1,5% withanolides] (83,3%), capsule shell (glazing substance – hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids. May contain unintended presence of milk derivatives, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and other nuts. The product is suitable for vegetarians and meat-restrictors.

Method of use

Take 1 capsule daily, during a meal, with a sufficient amount of water. Due to the silencing effect of recommending consumption in the second part of the day.
