APTEO Vitamin D3+K2 MK-7 Forte is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules that combines a high dose of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 (menaquinone). According to the manufacturer’s data, each capsule contains 100 µg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 100 µg of vitamin K2 (MK-7). The formula also contains safflower seed oil as a fat carrier for fat-soluble vitamins. The product is intended for adults as a support for daily diet.

• Vitamin D3 supports the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus – which helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.

Composition

According to the manufacturer’s data:

• Vitamin D3: 100 µg (4000 IU) — representing 2000 % of the RWS (Reference Intake) in one capsule.
• Vitamin K2 (MK-7): 100 µg — representing 133 % NRV.
• Safflower seed oil – fat carrier (at least 68% linoleic acid) – 169 mg in one capsule.

Auxiliary ingredients: gelatin capsules, glycerol as a moisture-retaining substance, antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol).

Method of use

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule a day, with a small amount of water, preferably during a meal for better absorption. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. The supplement cannot replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Warnings and precautions

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
• The product is intended for healthy adults – in the descriptions, the manufacturer also marks “for adults over 75 years of age” as the target group.
• People taking anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin, acenocoumarol) should consult your doctor about taking vitamin K2, as it may affect the effects of these drugs.
