ALLNUTRITION OMEGA 3 STRONG contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) belonging to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are characterized by many beneficial properties for our body. Omega-3 acids are also necessary for the construction of cell membranes. They are also responsible for the proper function of the retina of the eye. These two acids are its fat base.
