Vitamin D by Aliness comes from natural lanolin, which is used to obtain 7-Dehydrocholesterol - an organic cholesterol derivative.
7-Dehydrocholesterol is the starting compound for the production of cholecalciferol. As a result of production processes, vitamin D is obtained in the same way as in humans - that is, as through exposure of the skin to the sun.
The capsule filling comes from a natural source, which is olive oil. It contains a large amount of natural fat, which causes better absorption of vitamin D.
