Aliness Vitamin D3 FORTE OIL 4000 IU is a high-dose dietary supplement designed exclusively for healthy adults over 75. year of age. Each capsule provides 100 µg, or 4000 IU of vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol. The vitamin was dissolved in olive oil, which creates a fatty environment for it. One pack is enough for 120 days of use according to the recommended intake.
Ingredients:
Olive oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), capsule shell components: beef gelatin, moisture-retaining substance – glycerol, water.
Content of the active ingredient:
One capsule, which is the recommended daily dose, contains 100 µg, or 4000 IU of vitamin D3, which corresponds to 2000% RWS.

Properties of the ingredient:
Vitamin D supports the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles and helps maintain healthy bones and teeth. It supports the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, helps maintain proper levels of calcium in the blood and participates in the process of cell division.
Recommended daily intake:
Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the other ingredients, hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D or in people below 75. year of age. People with kidney disease or calcium-phosphate disorders should consult a doctor before use.
Warnings:
Before starting supplementation, it is recommended to measure the concentration of 25(OH)D in the blood and consult the result with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use concomitantly with other preparations containing vitamin D without consulting a specialist. The product is intended only for healthy people over 75. year of age. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
