Sulforaphane is a sulfuric organic compound belonging to isothiocyanates. Its natural source is all kinds of cruciferous vegetables – cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale or cauliflower. However, broccoli is the most abundant, where it is considered a particularly valuable ingredient for health. It is believed that the most sulforaphane is found in broccoli, but only its sprouts are a real treasure trove of this valuable ingredient. The content of sulforaphane in broccoli sprouts can be up to 30 times higher than in a mature plant! In addition to sulforaphane, sprouts also abound in many vitamins (A, C, E, K and B vitamins) and microelements (iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium or manganese), as well as a number of other important nutrients such as coenzyme Q10, carotenoids or fiber. Therefore, it is worth including them in your daily diet. Aliness Sulforaphane 400 µg contains the highest quality, natural BroccoPhane broccoli sprout powder standardized to a minimum of 0,4% sulforaphane. Each tablet contains 100 mg of BroccoPhane powder, which means that it provides as much as 400 µg of sulforaphane in a natural complex with other valuable ingredients found in broccoli sprouts.
