Aliness Magnesium Malate with vitamin B6 is a dietary supplement that provides a highly absorbable form of magnesium – malate, enriched with active B6 (P-5-P). The preparation is recommended for people who are tired, physically active and care about the nervous system. The capsules have a pure composition and are suitable for vegans.

Magnesium supports muscle work, nervous system, electrolyte balance, reduces fatigue, supports healthy bones and teeth, and supports the process of cell division.

Vitamin B6 (in the form of P-5-P) affects protein metabolism, red blood cell production, regulation of hormonal activity and immunity.

Magnesium (magnesium malate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), capsule shell: hydroxypropylcellulose (binding substance).

Daily serving – 2 capsules contains:

• Magnesium malate – 1640 mg

• Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) – 6 mg (428% NRV)

1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
