Insufficient calcium in the diet can cause many bothersome symptoms,which is not always diagnosed as a calcium deficiency effect, such as:bad blood clotting (frequent haemorrhages and bruises), tendency to allergies and rashes,rapid fatigue, insomnia, memory impairment,dizziness, painful muscle spasms, tendency to fractures,numbness of the limbs, pain in the back, legs, and joints, painful passage of the premenstrual period (PMS).

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of small children. The product contains iodine.

Recommended use: 3 tablets per day. Ingredients: calcium, magnesium carbonate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), coconut palm fat, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), preservative (magnesium salts of fatty acids), articulated bagolist (ascophyllum nodosum – brown algae).

Ingredients of 3 tablets: 300 mg calcium (38% NRV*), 150 mg magnesium (40% NRV*), 36 mg bagolid, 5 μg vitamin D (100% NRV*), 15 μg iodine – derived from algae (10% NRV*).

*RWS – percentage of the reference intake in the recommended daily portion of the product
