Method of use
Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water during a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Ingredients: 81% complex of four forms of magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium lactate, magnesium carbonate), capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,1% vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
