⚒ Instructions for use

1 Spread the chopped products evenly over the sieves, leaving space for air flow.

2 Adjust the height of the levels to the size of the prepared pieces.

3 Set the appropriate temperature and operating time on the device panel.

4 Citrus peels can be dried at 50 to 60°C for 6 to 12 h.

5 Herbs and teas can be dried at 40 to 60°C for 2 to 6 h.

6 Fruits may be dried at 40 to 70°C for 6 to 20 h.

7 Vegetables can be dried at 45 to 70°C for 5 to 10 h.

8 Meat may be dried at 35 to 70°C for 2 to 12 h.

9 Fish and seafood may be dried at 40 to 70°C for 4 to 50 h.

Important information and security

The device has protection against overheating and the function of automatic completion of work after the set time.

The drying time should be adjusted to the type of product, the size of the pieces, the amount of food and its humidity.
