⚒ Instructions for use

1 Cut the products into pieces of the closest possible thickness.

2 Spread them evenly over sieves, leaving space for free air flow.

3 Set the temperature suitable for the type of food:

– herbs: 35 – 40°C

– greens: 40°C

– bread: 40 – 45°C

– vegetables: 50 – 55°C

– fruit: 55 – 60°C

– meat and fish: 65 – 70°C

4 After the work is finished, disconnect the device from the power supply and leave it to cool.

5 Sitas can be washed in the dishwasher.
