Pregnant women

Pregnant women are a sensitive group, therefore, for the safety of both women and children, the use of omega-3 in higher doses should be consulted with the attending physician. Often pregnant women have a doctor’s supplementation set, where the necessary ingredients are included and the introduction of additional vitamins or omega acids should be consulted. In addition, the supplement contains a small amount of black cumin oil, which is not recommended for pregnant women.

Storage

Before opening: Your oil is safe in a cool, shady place (e.g. pantry, cabinet away from the stove). The dark bottle protects it well from light.

After opening: Keep the oil in the refrigerator and remember to close the bottle tightly. Contact with air accelerates oxidation, low temperature in the refrigerator slows down this process.

Dietary supplements should be kept out of reach of young children.
