Magnesium is found mainly in the muscles, endocrine glands and to a lesser extent in the blood. The human body contains 20 to 30 grams of magnesium. It is necessary for most biochemical reactions in the human body, and therefore in terms of health, its deficiency significantly worsens the course of virtually every ailment.

Vitamin B6 plays an important role in red blood cell metabolism and skeletal development. Vitamin B6 is a group of organic chemical compounds - three pyridine derivatives (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine) and their phosphates.

Inulin used to support the proper functioning of the digestive system. It improves the functioning of the intestinal microflora. It is a fructose polysaccharide - a soluble fiber of plant origin that has a probiotic effect. It is a completely natural carbohydrate that is obtained from the extraction of chicory roots (Cychorium intibus). It has a high natural content of inulin from chicory root. Inulin is a dietary fiber that cannot be digested in the human digestive system and therefore provides virtually no calories. However, it has a sweetish taste, so it can be used to sweeten dishes.

Recommended daily dose

1 tablet a day. Drink enough water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose during the day.

Contraindications:

Taking the supplement is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

This product is not suitable for people who are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the composition. In case of health problems, consult a doctor before use.

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute ( replacement ) for a varied diet.
