Magnesium taurate complex with coenzymatic vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal phosphate. Magnesium taurate is characterized by high bioavailability. P-5-P, or pyrodixal phosphate, is a biologically active and coenzymatic form of vitamin B6.
235 mg of magnesium ions and 5 mg of bioactive vitamin B6 per daily serving.
Recommended daily dose: 3 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.
Daily portion (3 capsules) contains:
magnesium taurate - 2400 mg
of which magnesium ions - 235 mg (62 %RWS*)
vitamin B6 in the form of P-5-P - 5 mg (357 %RWS*)
