The Labster 380 rowing boat is made in the technology of one coat.

Single-walled boats made in our company are characterized by high rigidity and strength of the hull. The boat can be easily turned upside down and stand on it will certainly withstand, unlike two-coat boats, whose outer coats are thin and hardly any manufacturer will allow the above-mentioned test. In addition, single-walled boats are easier to repair in the event of an impact because there is access everywhere. In the case of two-coat boats, repair is difficult to carry out because the outer jacket is closed with an inner liner and there is no access to the hull from the inside. A big advantage of single-wall boats is also the ability to easily mount additional equipment, i.e. an additional cleat, anchor roller, rod holder, echo holder, etc.

There are also single-jacket boats on the market whose weight is much lower than ours. They weigh about 20-30% less. I would like to clearly warn against such constructions, because they are weak boats and the laminate in them is thin. Such structures will crack and crack during use. Of course, the manufacturers of such units claim that this is an asset of their boat, but please do not be fooled by such talk. We can also make lighter boats, but we are proud that our boats serve our customers with satisfaction for many years. Please also pay attention to the finish of the center of the boat. It is not without reason that manufacturers of cheap boats take little detailed photos. Usually half of the photos are photos of the hull, and the center is photographed from a distance. This is done for a simple reason, they just look terrible on the inside. Cheap single-jacket boats are usually not sanded inside, which makes large irregularities and sharp edges of the laminate visible. Such a laminated boat is dangerous because the laminate after drying is very sharp and can be injured if it is not properly processed. In our company, single-jacket boats are sanded 2 times and painted 2 times. This process makes the boats smooth inside and can be safely used together with children.

The next issue is the use of finishing elements:

Imagine that these pseudo manufacturers can mount plastic dulls to a boat measuring 3 or 4 meters, it does not fit in your head!! . Dulls mounted directly to the flange in a single-jacket boat after one season are made and move. With us, the dulki are made of acid-resistant steel, the sleeve is welded to the sheet metal, and the sheet is screwed to the side with 4 screws. Needless to say, our solution is almost forever:)

The rubber fender profile around the boat at the competition is thinner and most often it is simply put on hot and nothing more. This solution causes the profile to fall, and on a sunny day when the fender heats up, it already behaves like a tape at all. With us, the fender profile is riveted and finished on the stern with stainless steel sheets, not just cut and finished with a screw.

Wooden elements in the boat are not surprising, but it can not be a stained board as a seat or strengthening the transom as in the competition, because solid wood warps and bends in all directions under the influence of moisture.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS:

Collective transport - at a price of PLN 400 throughout the country (in the case of border towns, when it is exceptionally difficult to get there, an additional fee is possible). Delivery involves combining orders from customers into one transport. Departures are organized after collecting several boats. During the season, trips are organized every 2-4 weeks.

All our boats have CE certificate and CIN number. This is a unique boat manufacturer code assigned to a specific unit. This number allows you to register a vessel, insurance, e.g. from theft. Sometimes registration of a unit is required by clubs where boats are kept.

For every boat purchased in our company you receive full documentation. This allows you to advertise goods that are not as described or defective.

At pseudo-producers you will not receive ANYTHING, any document, and in case of a defect or any problem you are left alone.

The stability of the boat is satisfactory, in the boat you can stand and spin calmly.

Finally, referring to the boats from pseudo-producers, which are not lacking on allegro. They often produce boats without any technical knowledge. I saw structures without buoyancy chambers (only pasted wooden benches into the hull). They have deep respect for the safety of people sailing on such boats. It is hard to call their products boats or their manufacturers. I'd rather call them boat holes. They produce from materials of unknown origin using waste mats and fabrics from other companies purchased for pennies. They often do not issue invoices thanks to which you will document that the boat you bought is actually yours. Of course, there will be a group of people for whom several hundred zlotys difference will be more important than the quality of the product they will use and struggle with.
