What is NAD+?

NAD+ or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide - it is a molecule naturally occurring in all life forms, present in small amounts in food, e.g. Broccoli, cucumber or avocado. At the molecular level - this is ribonucleotide, which is the basic structural unit of nucleic acid RNA.

NAD+ is next to water the most common molecule in the body - without it our body would not be able to function. NAD+ is used by many proteins in the body, such as sirtuins, whose role is to repair DNA. How to take:
