Recommended intake of Liposomal Curcumin

Take 1 to 3 capsules a day preferably after a meal with water. There may be natural color differences in the product. The moisture absorber placed inside the jar serves to maintain the freshness of the product and is inedible. It should be stored in a jar.

Each capsule provides 300 mg liposomal curcumin and the pack contains 60 capsules weighing 400 mg each. The net weight of the product is 24 g.
