2 Connecting the mask and choosing therapy: Connect the LED mask to the power source. Choose the desired light therapy mode and the light color that best suits your needs. You can choose from 7 different light colors , according to the described properties of each.

3 Applying the mask and starting therapy: Place the mask on your face, neck and gently on your chest, making sure it is a good fit and comfortable to wear. Remember to avoid pressing on the eyes. Start light therapy. Hold the mask for 15 to a maximum of 30 minutes.

4 Relax and end therapy: During therapy, allow yourself relaxation and rest. You can lie down comfortably and concentrate on relaxing breathing techniques or listening to music.

5 After therapy: Wash face with water.

6 Completion of therapy: After the recommended treatment time, turn off the mask and remove it from the face.
