SPARTUS F280 LASER HEAD - PRECISION, RELIABILITY AND CONTROL

The F280 laser head is equipped with an advanced real-time temperature monitoring system. The red warning light flashes in case of overheating, while the continuous light signals other types of alarms, giving you complete control over your device.

The independent button of changing the operating mode allows quick and convenient switching between programmed processes. The digital controller guarantees high resistance to interference and stable and reliable operation in all conditions.

Thanks to the improved optical design, the head ensures high weld quality, minimal deformation and a large depth of melting, which translates into excellent welding results.

ONE DEVICE MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS

SPARTUS Easy 3000 is used not only in welding, but also in cutting and cleaning a variety of materials.

Laser cutting enables precise separation of materials, creating accurate and clean edges without the need for mechanical processing. Cutting function as an additional option of the device allows you to cut stainless steel up to 2mm, carbon steel up to 1.5mm. Copper and aluminum are materials with a coefficient strongly reflecting the beam, they should not be subjected to the laser cutting process.

Laser cleaning is an effective method of removing impurities, layers of paint or rust from the surface of materials, while maintaining their integrity and quality. Thanks to these applications of laser technology, we achieve exceptional efficiency in material processing with minimal impact on their structure.
