Materials and technologies:

Ultralight aluminium (UL) is a lightweight material with excellent heat conductivity. The UL alloy also called 5005 is 50% stronger than ordinary aluminum (1050). This means that dishes can be thinner without sacrificing durability or functionality.

Non-stick coating (NS) is a type of PTFE and is mainly used in Trangia pans and pots. Dishes with anti-stick coating are made of ultra-light aluminum with coating. This prevents food from sticking even with or without a small amount of cooking oil. This means that they are also easy to clean. At the same time, the anti-stick coating is more sensitive and we recommend using only wooden or plastic cutlery in these dishes.
