External WiFi camera with lighting takes care of continuous viewing of the surroundings of the house – from the entrance, through the driveway, to the garden. The powerful light allows you to observe the terrain in color, and the combination with other Smart Home products allows you to create different alarm scenes tailored to the needs of household members.

Monitoring day and night

Built-in lighting makes the camera capture clear 4 MP / 2,5K image also after dark, turning the night into a colorful preview. When there is no need to use the reflector, there is an infrared mode, which provides detailed observation of the environment in the dark.

Motion and sound detection

Sensors in the camera react to movement and sound appearing in the surroundings of the house, it can distinguish the human figure from other objects. When activity is detected – with sensitivity set to high or low – the camera sends a push notification or automatically starts recording. The external HAMA Smart Surveillance camera also offers a quick live view, so you can immediately check the situation on the property without having to browse through previous materials.

Operation by application

Thanks to the Hama Home application, you can check the live image from anywhere – from the couch, office or sun lounger on the go. More than one user can access the camera at the same time, which works well for longer trips. The application also allows to expand the smart home system with further Hama devices.

Integration with Assistants

The camera works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri, and the live image can be viewed on screen devices such as the Amazon Echo Show and Google Nest Hub. Just activate the Hama Home service in the assistant apps to control the voice and image camera.

Resistant construction

The housing in the IP65 class protects the device from rain, snow and water splashes from different sides, which is why the camera works all year round. The power supply is provided by the included AC adapter, and installation on your home WiFi network takes only a few minutes and does not require an additional hub or gateway.

Sound and data recording

The built-in microphone and speaker enable two-way communication, as in a video intercom. The microSD card slot supports media up to 128 GB, which allows for extensive recording locally, without the cloud. There is also a paid cloud storage service, and user data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany.
