✅ Important tips for camera parameters and operation

Resolution – The display parameter of the image determining the pixel density on a given screen is expressed as the number of lines vertically ( 2560px ) and horizontally ( 1440px ). The higher the resolution, the clearer the image obtained on the receiver (eg monitor, TV). In receivers with small displays like smartphones, the difference in the image without its magnification may be imperceptible. To verify the resolution, download a photo or recording from the memory card and check its properties.

FPS – the number of images taken by the camera per second (12 fps = 12 photos per second). The more photos, the smoother the video recording.

⭐ Online preview from the ICSee application in SD or UHD mode:

• SD mode - in order to save data transfer, the application gives you the opportunity to conduct an online preview in reduced image resolution mode. Thanks to this, with poor quality of the network or Internet connection, we get better image smoothness and better control over the device.
• UHD mode - full resolution image displayed on the phone screen, with poorer data transmission quality, online preview may be difficult.

Regardless of the online display mode selected, the camera captures events with a maximum lens image resolution of 3 (2560x1440+1920x1080+1920x1080).

When you enable online preview, the application adjusts the quality of the displayed image (SD or UHD) by examining the speed of the network connection, but the user has the ability to manually change the mode.

⭐Download recordings from microSD card - recordings are downloaded using the ICSee application to the phone memory or via CMS directly to the computer without removing the card from the camera. After inserting the microSD card into the reader on the computer, it is not possible to read and download recordings due to the different camera operating system.

⭐Wi-Fi network connection - the camera supports 2,4 GHz frequency. During the first configuration, the phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network with the indicated frequency (2,4 GHz), thanks to which the application will detect the device within the range of our network. The power of the Wi-Fi signal at the camera mounting point must be stable, in case of poor signal level, the connection to the camera may be difficult, then we recommend the use of Wi-Fi amplifiers. Remember, however, that when configuring with the amplifier, the phone must be connected to the amplifier network, not the router. Please note that this router is responsible for the Wi-Fi signal range, not the receiver (eg camera).

⭐Motion tracking (function disabled by default) - The device has the ability to automatically direct the head in place of motion detection in the recorded image. As the name suggests, this is motion tracking, thanks to which the camera head can indicate the location of the detected movement in the image eg Walking animal. The device does not have a built-in motion sensor, the whole process is based on collecting information from the camera image. Running motion tracking excludes humanoid character detection.

⭐Detection of human form (default enabled function) - The device, based on the information collected from the image, tries to force the appearance of the human form without sending eg notifications about passing vehicles. However, it should be remembered that this is artificial intelligence, which in some cases can be wrong. Running humanoid character detection excludes motion tracking.

⭐PUSH - notifications when an alarm is detected, the camera and the application allow you to send a notification when motion or humanoid form is detected (depending on the settings), thus taking a photo of the observed event, in order to save the transmission, the photo is sent in reduced resolution. To force the event to be recorded, check the recordings placed eg on the microSD card. For the function to work properly, the phone must have constant access to the Internet, the ICSee application must have access to the required permissions, you must also disable the application from power saving mode. In some cases, the app should also be locked in the background so that the phone going into sleep mode does not deactivate notifications.
