3. If you want to prevent smoked foods from drying out, place a bowl of water higher,
4. Place the ingredients for smoking on the highest grate or hang on special handles built inside the lid.

Are you a fan of healthier food?

No problem, you can steam products at any time - using the same grill over and over again.

1. In the bottom bowl of the hearth place coal or other kindling,
2. Above place a bowl of water,
3. Directly above it place the grate with the product.

👉 Also when smoking, you can steam products - just place them on a lower grate - just above the water bowl.
