US Texar Military Canteen – Durable and Practical
The US canteen is made of durable plastic with high resistance to mechanical damage. The design allows you to carry drinks cold or warm, and the plastic itself does not absorb odors, so they can be stored other than water.
US military canteen adapted to the Alice carrier system
The user together with the canteen receives a cover made of durable nylon. The cover has been adapted to be carried on military belts in the Alice carrying system. The inner part of the cover has been covered with synthetic fur with thermal insulation properties. The thick material provides extra protection for the canteen during transport. On the outer surface of the canteen was placed Velcro pocket, allowing carrying e.g. package of tablets for water purification. The stopper in the canteen has been fixed permanently, which prevents it from getting lost.
