- Unlike competing equipment, the device has the ability to activate the dusk system, which after sunset does not excite the emission of sounds. The device can work without active twilight mode continuously - day and night.
- It is an active motion detector that sends out high frequency electromagnetic waves (5,8GHz) and receives their echo. Sensors of this type detect changes in the echo, caused by even the slightest movement in the observed area. However, they are much less sensitive to rain or snow compared to traditional PIR motion sensors.
- Competitive devices usually have two modes - temporary sound emission or motion detection. Enabling time mode in these devices prevents PIR sensors from detecting motion. In the VIANO® deterrent, two modes can work simultaneously. The sound emitting interval can be set with a potentiometer in the range from 4 to 120 minutes with the radar motion sensor still active

- Thanks to the built-in power amplifier, the device is very loud. The operating volume of the device can be independently adjusted to the protected area (the potentiometer built into the device is used for this). Smooth sound adjustment from 0 to 100%.

Selectable Operating Modes:
MODE I – Motion detection with optional sound emission at set intervals. Set the RADAR motion sensor switch to the ON (I) position.
When the RADAR motion sensor is enabled, sounds can be triggered at set time intervals (Potentiometer scale from 0 to 9): 9 – full deflection – 2 hours, 8 – 1.5 hours, 7 – 1 hour, 6 – 30 minutes, 5 – 20 minutes, 4 – 12 minutes, 3 – 7 minutes, 2 – 5 minutes, 1 – 4 minutes, 0 – timer off.
MODE II – Sound emission only at set intervals. Set the RADAR motion sensor switch to the OFF (O) position.
The device turns on and off with the remote control.
· The 1 button is used to turn the deterrent on and off. The 2 button is used to turn the flash function of the device on and off. With the push of a button, we can manually trigger the sound emission each time.
· After pressing the 1 button, the LED on the device will turn on and a sequence of strong sounds will be emitted – three types of alarm sirens, a ship warning signal and a train horn. The sequence will be broadcast twice – the total emission time is 38 seconds.
· The operating range of the remote control with the antenna extended is 500m in open space.
Possibility to choose power supply:
The device can be powered from a 230V outlet or any 12V battery (this solution allows installation literally anywhere; no connection to the mains is required). For optimal power supply of the device in the field, it is recommended to use a battery with a capacity of 18Ah or more. Connection cables to the battery are included with the device.
