RADIO CONTINUITY TESTER 24DIAG C730:

• Find a gap in the car's installation without unnecessarily removing the upholstery

Usage:

This instrument is designed to identify and track wires or cables without damaging the insulation

You can also use it to check for short circuit and open circuit

Wire tracing is possible even inside bundles, behind panels, under carpets, upholstery, etc.

Easy to use: simply connect the transducer in series with the circuit or lead under test (i.e. in place of a blown fuse, on a connector, in series with an open wire, bulb socket, etc. ) and scanning the circuit/wire with the transmitter.

TONE break location:

• Just plug into the suspect wire (red wire from the transmitter) and to the ground of the vehicle (minus - black wire in the transmitter) set the switch button to TONE mode and you can track the continuity of the wire by walking along the wire hidden under the upholstery, when the sound signal disappears, a break in the perimeter

CONT fault location:

• Disconnect from suspect device wires. Connect the red wire of the transmitter to several wires to be checked. Connect the black wire of the transmitter to the negative potential. If the resistance exceeds 10k ohms, the LED will turn green. This means that one of the wires connected is short-circuited. Now just disconnect the prefaces one by one to find two or more shorted wires.

Depending on the characteristics of the circuit and the sensitivity setting, the probe will receive the signal from the cable in the best possible range.

The receiver probe tip (black cap) should be perpendicular (at 90') to the traced wire and or below.

The electric meter is used to identify and trace wires in bundles, cables , under panels, upholstery and many other places.

It detects and locates any short circuits and damaged wires . The device allows for easy measurement without disturbing the insulation layer.

The meter consists of a transmitter and a receiver . The product allows you to measure DC voltage up to 42 V also in electric vehicles. Headphone jack with a diameter of 3.5 mm. 24.8 cm long probe, allowing free maneuvering of the device .

To make a measurement, it is enough to connect the transducer in series with the circuit or wire under test . The electric meter is equipped with a rotary volume or measurement sensitivity knob .
