Method of preparation:

• Before you start preparing a meal, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure that the dishes you will be using are clean.
• Boil water and measure 150 ml, pour into a bowl and cool to approx. 40°C.
• Add 50 g (about 5 tablespoons) of porridge. Use a clean and dry spoon.
• Stir until a uniform consistency.
• Feed the baby using a clean spoon.
• Follow the instructions for proper preparation.
