The curvature of the surface promotes reduction of friction on impact, allowing deviation and the most effective energy transfer to protect the rider's head from direct force on the skull and transferred to the neck and spine.

CONSTRUCTION:

• The helmet shell design uses advanced molding technology with a multi-composite combination of:1) 3K Carbon, high carbon density outer layer,which improves the strength and efficiency of energy dissipation on the shell,2) One-way carbon composite layer, which provides much greater radial strength around the shell,preventing compression, but allowing for a controlled deviation to reduce the transmitted impact energy,and 3) Aramid fiber layer, which provides critical protection against penetration. This combination of layers gains even greater efficiency thanks to the bonding of epoxy resin, which offers the best possible strength and energy management; the limited deviation of the outer shell means that the energy spreads wider and is better absorbed by the 4-layer EPS padding of different densities.
• The result of the unique shell layering process used in the S-M10 construction results in extremely effective impact protection. The S-M10 delivers linear and slanted impact performance that exceeds current helmet adjustment standards. For direct linear impacts that are 90-degree impacts between the helmet and the subject, the SM10 outperforms the new ECE 22.06 standard for 2024 with an average size of 46% for regular-speed impacts. The new requirements for the ECE 22.06 standard now include low-speed and high-speed linear impacts, where the SM10 exceeds the new ECE 22.06 peak linear acceleration standards by 23% and 28%, respectively.

• A redesigned chin rod profile, where the base area has been specially shaped to create a relief section, raised to bypass the collarbone, with a new, softer EPS liner that goes beyond the helmet shell itself and is covered with a more flexible rubber compound, which reduces the risk of any clavicle injury.
• The patented A-Head fit system allows you to easily adjust the angle and height at which the helmet rests on your head.
• Ultra-ventilated helmet with 28 individual air inlets and outlets, excluding the eye opening, with 18 inlets and 10 outlets.
• The new eject technology includes the eject helmet removal system.
• Lightweight ECE 1260g and 1310g with side cushions and 1370g with canopy extension.
• The S-M10 meets the ECE R 22.06 standard.

SECURITY:
