Creatine is an organic acid found in vertebrates that contains nitrogen atoms. About 95% of creatine is stored in skeletal muscle. Creatine helps in providing energy to cells, mainly muscle cells, constituting m.in. substrate for the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) acting as an energy storage facility m.in. for muscle cells. 100% CREATINE MONOHYDRATE contains the best studied form of creatine so far. Method of use
The beneficial effect is noticeable with a daily intake of at least 3 grams of creatine per day. You should divide your body weight [kg] by 3 - the resulting value is the amount of creatine [g] that should be consumed daily during the creatine saturation phase (the first week of use) divided into several portions. After this period, you should not consume more than half of the above portion in order to maintain the effects.
Consume on an empty stomach, preferably after training along with carbohydrates. In order to obtain the desired solution, dissolve a portion of the product (5 grams) in 400 ml of liquid. Do not consume more than 10g of the product at a time, divide the daily intake into several portions during the day.
