The creatine monohydrate (monohydrate) contained in Muscle UP in its pure form is characterized primarily by high quality and solubility. This is the best studied form of creatine. Creatine monohydrate is a tasteless, micronized substance, taken in powder form – to be mixed with water or juice.
Recommended use:
Creatine saturation phase: for a period of 5-7 days, take creatine in the amount of 0,3 g / kg of body weight.
The dose should be divided into 4-5 portions. Then, after the initial saturation phase, take creatine at an unchanged dose of 3-5 g per day for a period of 4-6 weeks.
Without creatine saturation phase: take a fixed dose of 5 g of creatine per day for a period of 6-8 weeks. In this case, on training days, creatine is best taken immediately after exercise (5 g), while on days free from exercise 5 g - 30 minutes before breakfast. Combine creatine with water or fruit juice.
