Product Description:

CREATINE contains the highest quality creatine monohydrate powder. The preparation has been supplemented with vitamin C and sodium, which supports the transport of creatine to the muscles. CREATINE increases physical performance in the case of consecutive short, very intense physical exercises. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 3 g of creatine per day. CREATINE is recommended as a universal means of supporting the maintenance of high form, especially in athletes of strength and speed-strength disciplines.

Recommended use:

• Dissolve a single portion of the product ‒ 5 g (1 scoop) - dissolve in 250 ml of water or juice. Use 1 serving per day.

• On non-workout days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
