CREA XTREME is a product for professional athletes.
The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 4 capsules.
How to use:
A single serving of the product ‒ 2 capsules use 2 times a day. The product drink 300 ml of water.
On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training, II portion immediately after training.
On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
