The use of creatine contributes to increasing physical performance during high-intensity exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained with taking 3 g of creatine (4 capsules) per day.

Usage: take 4 capsules daily in divided doses with water or another drink, on non-training days at a similar time. Use for 4 weeks, after which a 4-week break should be taken.

Note: creatine should not be used for a long period of time. The preparation should not be used by children, adolescents and people with kidney dysfunction, nor should women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Regular use of creatine can lead to weight gain. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are recommended.
