Usage

• Do not eat, smoke, or engage in any activity before measuring. All of these can affect measurements. Try to relax,rest for 10 minutes, and then take measurements.
• Remove clothing so that your arm is exposed / accessible.
• Choose the arm on which you will measure your blood pressure (usually the left arm), and then take the measurement on the same arm and in the same area.
• Measure your blood pressure every day, as the nature of blood pressure changes can vary over time.
• This may lead to inaccurate results.
