Intelligent power consumption management to protect against overloads

When the total power consumption exceeds 150W, the Intelligent Power Consumption Management function turns off the power supply of the lowest priority port to ensure that the higher priority ports are powered and thus protect the device from overload. It also enables automatic detection of the PoE power required by the device and protects non-PoE devices from damage.
