The Easy Smart TL-SG108PE switch is a device designed for small businesses where it is necessary to use the basic functions of local network management. With port mirroring, loop prevention and cable health diagnostics, administrators can easily monitor network traffic.

Automatic detection

4 of the 8 RJ45 auto-negotiation ports (ports 1 - 4) of the switch have PoE function. These ports automatically detect and power IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE devices, such as wireless access points (APs), IP cameras and IP phones.

Support QoS

Support for port-based QoS and 802.1P tagging enables you to maintain the highest bandwidth for the most important connections in your corporate network. In addition, support for port-based, tag-based and MTU-based VLANs enables improved security and proper separation of network resources.

Simple and effective management

The Easy Smart TL-SG108PE switch from TP-LINK is equipped with easy-to-use layer two management functions, available from the Easy Smart Configuration Utility (for Windows). With support for port mirroring, loop prevention and port health diagnostics, the TL-SG108PE enables you to identify and locate any issues in your corporate network. In addition, administrators can leverage port-based QoS support or 802.1p tagging to ensure smooth voice or video transmissions.

Additionally, to increase network performance and security, the switch supports port-based VLANs, tag markings and MTUs (enable easy uplink port configuration). The TL-SG108PE switch is easy to use and install. Thanks to Auto MDI/MDIX, there is no need for patch cables. The automatic negotiation function detects the speed of the connected device (10, 100 or 1000Mbps) on each port, ensuring the best transmission performance.

The small size makes it take up little space when using the desk. The LEDs display information about the current status of each port, allowing for easy diagnostics of connections.
