DCN S4200-10P-SI is a compact, managed L2 layer switch with 8 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports and 2 SFP slots for optical mods. The 20 Gbps switching matrix and 15 Mpps forwarding performance provide pena bandwidth on all ports simultaneously. An array of 8 000 MAC addresses, 4K VLAN support and Web GUI, CLI and SNMP management make it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized office networks, monitoring installations and access points where fiber-optic uplinks are needed.

The 20 Gbps non-blocking switching matrix supports full bidirectional traffic on all 10 ports at once, and the 15 Mpps packet forwarding performance eliminates the bottleneck of small-frame traffic. Two SFP sockets adopt 1000Base-X optical moduy, wild why you can easily lead the uplink with optical fiber to the core of the network or adjacent building at a distance unattainable for copper. Packet buffer and 10K jumbo frame support for stable transfer of large files and video streams from IP cameras.

Does the S4200-10P-SI support PoE?

No. The S4200-10P-SI does not power devices through the port (no PoE). If you need to power IP cameras or access points via a network cable, choose the PoE+ variant – S4200-10P-PL-SI with a budget of up to 70 W.
