LUMIX S9

Process

The Titanium finish of the S9 is the result of a precisely developed three-layer painting technique. Unlike standard metallic coatings, in which metal particles mix with varnish, the S9 model uses a base layer in piano black, which increases reflections. The second, smooth layer increases brightness while maintaining a grain-free appearance. Finally, we apply a colorless top layer, which gives a characteristic titanium shade and texture. This advanced process allows for a rich metallic sheen with subtle tonal changes, elegantly complemented by dark brown accents for a sophisticated and lasting look.
