The basic ingredient that could not be missing in the Olimp Flex Xplode® dietary supplement is collagen. It is part of the connective tissue and is produced in our body. With age, however, we have less and less of it, so it is worth taking care of supplementing the diet with this important ingredient. In the preparation of the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand, this collagen comes in two forms – hydrolyzate type I and type II. This is over 10 g of collagen protein important for maintaining healthy bones!

In addition to collagen, Olimp Flex Xplode® contains vitamins C and D as well as calcium and magnesium minerals. Noteworthy here are solid portions of these vitamins. In addition, vitamin C is present in the ultramodern form of fatty metabolites (PureWay-C®). This form absorbs meaning faster compared to some commercially available forms of vitamin C.

It is recommended to take one serving a day (14,4 g of powder = 2 scoops), which should be dissolved in 200 ml of water and consumed immediately after preparation during the day.
