The preparation is recommended as an aid for people with osteoarticular problems and actively practicing sports.
Collagen is most often used to support the proper functioning of joints, regenerate articular cartilage, improve the condition of the skin, its density and elasticity, and reduce wrinkles. Used in pain and inflammation. It is used as an element of prevention and therapy of such diseases as joint degeneration or rheumatoid arthritis. It is also a mandatory element of sports supplementation, the purpose of which is to prevent injuries and strengthen the movement apparatus.
Dosage
15 g (3 scoops) is best dissolved by shaking in a shaker with 200 ml of water. Use once a day, between meals. Consume immediately after preparation.
