Ingredients: 86 % fish collagen, 5 % Paraguayan holly leaf extract (Ilex paraguariensis A. St.-Hil. ) [4:1], acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, 1,4 % L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 0,7 % sodium hyaluronate, black carrot juice concentrate powder, sweetener (sucralose), 0,1 % cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Method use: mix 14,5 g of powder (3,5 scoops) with 200 ml of water. Consume 1 serving a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 14,5 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
Warning: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplement intended for a healthy population of adults up to 75 years of age. Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Method storage: Store in a dry place at temp. 15 to 25°C, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
