Caffeine absorption Caffeine is a raw material that is quickly absorbed in the digestive tract. The maximum concentration in the blood reaches 30 to 120 minutes after consumption, depending on the individual conditions of the body and the presence of food content in the stomach.2 With blood, caffeine is distributed to all tissues of the human body.1

Natural antioxidant Naryngenin (present in grapefruit extract) is a naturally occurring flavonoid with antioxidant activity.5 In Essensey Caffeine contains 50 mg of grapefruit extract standardized for the presence of naringenin.

Ingredients: 40 % anhydrous caffeine; maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)]; 10 % grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) [98 % naringenin]; anti-caking agent ¬ (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training. Do not use before bedtime. Do not combine with alcohol. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Warnings: Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
