DR.BOAT is a professional 2in1 adhesive - glue and liquid patch with cold welding effect. Designed for effective and durable repair of inflatables, RIBs, swimming pools, tarpaulins and other PVC products.

It guarantees a strong, flexible connection resistant to water and weather conditions.

Advantages:

• It can be used as a standard adhesive for gluing patches or as a liquid patch.
• During gluing, it does not require the use of hardener and heating.
• After drying, it retains the strength and flexibility of the glued object.
• It is sturdy and flexible.
• The adhesive is transparent and can be used to repair items of various colors.

Use

Variation with patch:

Degrease thoroughly glued surfaces. Lubricate the patch and glued object with a thin layer of glue. We apply the patch to the glued object and press it down and hold it like this for 1 min. The minimum drying time is 6 hours, and to fully cure, dry wait 24 hours.

Variant without the use of a summer:

Degrease the damaged area - e.g. technical acetone. The glued object should be protected against the glue spilling beyond damage - e.g. painter's tape.

Lubricate the damaged area with a thick layer and around at least 1 cm more than the damage.

We wait 20 minutes. We put another thick layer.

After 5 hours, remove the protection, full drying and hardening will take place after 24 hours.

In the case of major damage (cutting, tearing over 3 cm), the repair is carried out using a reinforcing mesh, which is included with the adhesive. We prepare a net 2 cm larger than the damage. We thoroughly degrease the surface. Apply glue to the damaged area and push it into the mesh. After 20 minutes, apply the adhesive again on a surface 1,5 cm larger than the previous layer. It is best when the mesh is fully covered with glue. The glued place reaches sufficient strength after 24 hours.

Shelf life - 24 months.
