HOW TO COOK IN AN EGG COOKER?

Cooking eggs in an egg cooker is very convenient and simple.

1 Fill the base of the egg cooker with the appropriate amount of water using the measure.

2 Wash the eggs under running water so that the shell is clean.

3 Place the eggs on the tacce in holes that resemble eggshells.

4 Insert tray with eggs into egg and close cover.

5 Select the hardness level of the eggs - on soft, half-twado or on hard.

6 Eggs cook. Wait patiently for the final sound signal and you're done.

3 LEVELS OF HARDNESS

Eggs can be cooked in 3 different ways:

✅ SOFT - have protein well cut, but yolk is still liquid and creamy.

✅ SEMI-HARD - have cooked protein, but yolk remains slightly liquid inside.

✅ HARD-BOILED - total cooking of both protein and yolk. The inner parts of the egg are solid and the yolk is fully cut.

SIZE OF EGGS

▶ Before cooking eggs with egg cooker, we recommend paying attention to the size of the eggs, as this has a significant impact on the intended end result.

▶ We suggest choosing eggs with size M for cooking in an egg cooker.

▶ Medium (M) eggs are the most commonly recommended size for cooking because they have the right ratio of egg white to egg yolk , making it easier to achieve the desired consistency (soft, medium or hard-boiled).

EGG LANCER

▶ Puncturer is a small needle that is used to make small holes in the eggshell. This is useful when cooking eggs soft or hard.

▶ Nthe hammer pierces the thicker end of the egg, i.e. where the air chamber is located.

Thanks to this, water vapour can get out of the egg, preventing accumulation of excess pressure inside the shell. Eggs on cook evenly.
