Greater lifting capacity

Now as much as 5,5 tons instead of 4T, which allows you to handle larger and heavier vehicles.

5190 mm (that is, 940 mm more! ), so you can work safely even with long vans.

Greater range of ramp adjustment

From 800 to 1025 mm (i.e. 75 mm more), which allows you to adjust the lift to different vehicles.

Jeven more convenient control – remote control and control box

The REDATS L-460 can be operated from both the wired remote control and the control panel.

• Red button – turn off the remote control.
• "Up" button - lifts the entire lift or axial lift.
• "Down" button - allows for smooth lowering.

Thanks to the remote control, you do not have to constantly approach the box – you save time and work more comfortably!

Ramps adapted to geometry

The REDATS L-460 is designed to set the geometry and convergence of vehicles. It has front axle turntables and expansion plates for the rear axle with locking pins. Cavity covers give you the opportunity to change the position of the turntable or completely cover the recess under the turntables.

Ramp spacing adjustment

Both lift platforms have a spacing adjustment in the range of 800 - 1025 mm, this solution allows you to adapt to the operation of vehicles with both narrow and wider track width. In addition, there are locks at the ends of the ramps to protect the vehicle from rolling.

Fast and smooth lifting

Time is money, especially in season! REDATS L-460 lifts the vehicle in approx. 55 seconds, which allows for efficient and effective work without unnecessary downtime.

Strength for years!

The whole structure of the lift is very massive and stable. The ramps are made of durable grooved steel - there will be no bends or damage, even after years of use. In addition, grooved steel is a non-slip material, providing much better safety during operation.

Safe operation

The lift is equipped with special ratchets that automatically activate at the moment of lifting. Thanks to this, there is no risk of suddenly leaving the lift during operation. In turn, the hydraulic overload valve watches over the moment of exceeding the maximum pressure prevailing in the hydraulic system.

Reliable design

The electrohydraulic drive is transferred from the hydraulic cylinder to the overrun plates, via steel ropes. This solution is characterized by a smaller number of moving parts, and thus longer operation.

Protection of ropes against cracking

As standard, the lift is equipped with protections to prevent breaking of steel ropes.

Axle lifter - what is it used for

The standard equipment of a four-column lift is a hydraulic (mobile with rollers) axial lift with a lifting capacity of 3 tons. It acts as a channel lift, which allows you to lift the entire axis of the vehicle at the same time, ensuring better comfort of work.

The user is obliged to bring the power cord to the device on his own.

Preparation of the substrate

Thanks to their design and weight distribution, four-column lifts have lower ground requirements than two-column lifts. Below are the standards that the floor should meet:
