➡ RULES OF USE:
The boiler is already ‘’burned’’, i.e. ready for use.
Immediately before the first use, wash the dish with water, then dry with a cloth and rub with edible fat.
Since cast iron heats up very quickly and retains heat for a long time, do not place hot dishes directly on the countertop or table.
It is recommended to use wooden spoons and oven gloves when in contact with the dish.
Do not use detergents to wash the cauldron, as they can penetrate deep into the cast iron and get into the dishes.
Do not pour cold water into a hot boiler, as this may cause cracking of cast iron and rusting.
After each use, wash the cauldron with water and rub with a paper towel soaked in edible oil (for this purpose we recommend a dedicated, specialized oil for seasoning cast iron).
Cast iron pots should be washed and dried immediately after each use, and then coated with oil.
Cast iron cookware doesn't like moisture, so the faster you wash and dry it, the better. For this reason, never put a cast iron pot in the dishwasher or leave it soaking in water for an extended period. Store your cast iron pot in a dry and well-ventilated place.
