Stamp lift, electro-hydraulic RAVAGLIOLI – RAV125M designed for passenger vehicles, SUVs, off-road vehicles and commercial vehicles weighing up to 3500 kg.

Low platforms only 95 mm with adjustable length from 1470 to 1950 mm, and vehicle take-up width from 1490 to 1800 mm

Features of the lift:

Requirements for the foundation of the RAVAGLIOLI stamp lift:

The lift should be installed on flat ground, able to handle loads (according to Fig. A)

Minimum substrate requirements:

a) concrete class C25/30 or higher

b) minimum thickness of concrete counting other acquisitions or tiles 150 mm.

(c) upper and lower reinforcement made of welded mesh Ø4 / 150×150 mm or similar, with meshes of not less than 250 mm.

(d) the load capacity of the substrate not less than 1,3 kg/cm2 shall be ensured on a minimum area of 4,50×2,00 m in which there is no expansion or cutting. Continuity should be maintained in the upper reinforcement grid.

General warnings:

• minimum load capacity of the ground at the bottom of the trench should not be less than 0.5 kg/cm2
• “floor level” means the final floor including tiles or other finishing (Fig. foundations).
• there is no danger caused by other machines working in this area,
• the area where the device will be installed is not exposed to explosive, corrosive and/or toxic materials
• The distance of the lift from the walls and other devices must be at least 70 cm.
• the place of installation should be selected so that the operator has visibility to the device and the area of work of the lift
