The PK-50 channel lift is designed for partially lifting vehicles and removing transmissions in a workshop pit for inspection and repair work.

Features:

• Cylindrical Rollers

Each lift features stepless adjustment for precise fitting to the specific channel.

The cylinder is installed in a lowered position – flush with the floor. Upon request, it can be installed in a standard position – protruding about 50 mm (for a typical channel edge).

The user can change the cylinder height themselves – simply unscrew 4 M16 nuts, flip the small carriage, and re-tighten the nuts (see photos).

The axle brackets (in the 4 corners) protrude about 10 - 20 mm above the floor.

Each cylinder is tested on a press for power, pressure holding, and leaks.

When placed on the cylinder, it allows for two-point support of the vehicle – front or rear.

It has extendable arms and adjustable rubber pads.

The lift is painted red or blue (the cylinder is black).

If no color is specified, the lift will be sent in a random color.

Vehicle Inspection Stations are among the users of these lifts.

Channel dimensions (without play):

• L1 - width at the edge (channel cover)

• L - width below the edge (between walls)

• S - inner width of the angle iron (where the lift travels)

• H - inner height of the angle iron

• Color: red or blue.

If your channel edge is different from angle iron, please inform us so we can select the appropriate rollers and their adjustment for the lift's travel path (a sketch of the channel may be required).
